libfwtsacpica1 software package provides FirmWare Test Suite ACPICA core built for acpiexec functionality, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfwtsacpica1
libfwtsacpica1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfwtsacpica1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfwtsacpica1 *
You will get with libfwtsacpica1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
